Liberty life - the worst insurance brokers

I had an investment policy for 5 years whichago sounded very nice by mymy broker , well that's really what they get paid for, after 5 years I know I haveput taken out some money from the investment but the amount that I was expencting was far from what I got, it's been a year now n I am still waiting for a report as to how they calculated my pay out . Secondly I have a preservation fund with liberty , put in a good sum of money in it , when I needed to withdraw some of the money my broker told me I only could with drawthe 1/3 of the money and the rest at age 55 , well I contacted their contact centre few days ago and I was told by them that in my first with drawal I can take almost everything out of the fund and leave a minimum of 30k in.the account. My broker doesn't seem to knowbe about this and because he didntwas know just assumed that I might not need the money at.that time and restricted the amount I shoud withdraw . I'm so angry because if I knew I could take almostout all my money out I would havelike done it . They have no right to decide whether I need the money or not. They seriously don't care about their clients and can lie through their teeth tobmake you believe that what you doing is the best thing for you, I would never recommend liberty to anyone ever, they are the worst.
