LIBERTY LIFE TERRIBLE PATHETIC....

Does anyone work at Liberty life to pls assist. On the 24th of Jan 2022 I submitted all my docs in order for a refund to be processed, I followed up on the 2nd of Feb only to learn that they needed the back of my ID, which I sent through on the same day, on the 8th of Feb I followed up and nothing had been done, I was given a number of one of the managers Jadean Whittle, whom I did speak to and she told me that the refund will be processed and apologized for the delay, that same day I received an email saying my refund had been processed and I shld expect it in 48hrs......nothing came through this morning I call their call center and apparently there refund wasn't processed because there is no refund on the system... Am not sure how that is possible when I sent the pop of the payment, got an email that the refund that been processed then internally they say they is nothing.... Am tired of having to call Liberty every week following up on a refund, knowing they have a whole team that processes refund can I just have my money it's due to me..... Liberty Life..... You can annoy you process take weeks to resolve if Eva......
