Liberty life takes more than a month to process a withdrawal

Me and my wife have a few annuities and pension investments with liberty and recently we requested to make a withdrawal on one of you investments. Unfortunately the service we have received has been disappointing, it has been more than a month and the request has not been completed. Why should I keep my investments with liberty if I pay admin fees for years but when the day comes to use their admin system the service is unsatisfactory?
