Liberty life sucks!

I am soooo disgusted with the terrible service I have received form liberty, and the thousands of Rands that they just get to keep now! (after paying for about 10+ years!!) About 3 weeks ago I came across an email informing me that my life policy relapsed March 2023 because the premium went up, and I was still paying the old amount.. I am sure they emailed before, but I never really look at their mails as they are normally just statements. This time however, I did not. So in my unawareness that I am paying a policy that has relapsed because I short-paid R 5 per month, not knowing it has gone up, I kept paying my monthly fee for that. So when I learned that it has relapsed, they gave me the option to re-instate or get my money that I paid since the relapse, back. Since I was quite disappointed with how they really didn't try hard enough to inform me of such changes, I asked for the refund, It has now been almost 3 weeks. On Monday I escalated my request. I am currently on the phone with them, no one has even attended to my escalated query!! What a bunch of *********** dishonest people. They were quick to keep taking my payment every month, but now that i want my money back, it is a hell of a story. I would never ever recommend them to anyone!!!
