Liberty Life sucks!!!
We've got credit life insurance with Liberty which is deducted from our Homeloan account. We had the Death cover and decided to add me as well. (Wife). They gave me a quotation for R1474. (Liberty provided us with a letter indicating the amount which we accepted.)
Yesterday I received an SMS indicating that the Credit Life Insurance on our bond is now R2700. We never gave permission or agreed on this "unacceptable premium".
Liberty Life made an error by providing me with a "wrong" quotation and now all that there excuse is sorry it is a new policy. Totally not unacceptable.
