Liberty life STASH is a big **** / avoid at all costs

I invested money on the liberty stash app I tried to withdraw the money but later realised I withdrew the money to my closed bank account on the beginning of March 2024, I immediately informed liberty who took 2 weeks to revert back to me and there is no way to call them for immediate assistance.

They then told me to load my new card number on the app which I did, they told me that they will reverse the money since it has bounced on the bank's side due to a non existent card number and they will deposit it into the new account. It's been promises, story after story, agents sending me proof of payment for old account, now they have disappeared on me.

I have asked liberty to put the money back on the stash account so I can start the transaction again which has not happened.

Liberty it took me a year to save up this money as an unemployed person, it might not be much for you but it's very much everything and needed for me.

I need this money like yesterday. It surely cannot take 2 months + to resolve a query with you, such levels of incompetance is not on for a financial institution
