Liberty Life Sh*t Term Insurance

I have never in my life seen more *********** people than Liberty Life Short Term Insurance ... Do they still exist?? Sure they do as they still take an exorbitant premium from me monthly (overcharging on premium according to industry standards!!) My vehicle was involved in an accident over 14 months ago (yes more than a year!). It was not my fault and I had to pay the excess of R3000 to Liberty to fix my car. I was promised when the matter gets resolved I will be reimbursed with the R3000 that I paid.... AND I AM STILL WAITING. I have been in contact with them more than 12 times in the last year ( I have proof of this) and still nothing is sorted!! They claimed MONTHS ago that the 3rd party claim was paid to them, so what is the delay?!?! Well, they cant even answer that! Even the claim process at the time was tedious and drawn out on their side.... SHOCKING!
