LIberty Life - SHOCKING, SHOCKING, SHOCKING

Customer service on claims is SHOCKING .... quick to debt your account however when you lodge a claim they do whatever they can to make the process unberable for you.

2 months now i have been dealing with a claim and everytime i send in a document that they request i get an email back saying they can not accept it that way i need to do it another way.

I have requested the person dealing with my claim to call me .... lol... no call i have requested MANAGERS to call me ..... lol no call

i suggest if anyone is looking for a life insurance company LOOK ELSEWHERE as Liberty in my opion is NOT THE way to go
