Liberty Life shocking service to existing customers!

I am totally frustrated with Liberty. Shocking customer service! I have an existing RA policy and need to add an adhoc lump sum for this financial year! It's been impossible, no one answers your emails or return you calls. It's been an absolute nightmare. I wonder why I still have my funds with them over 30 years! Just useless, ineffective and inefficient bunch. I personally went into Rosebank branch today as I need face to face interaction. Let's see if there is some action now! Totally unimpressed and fedup!
