Liberty Life service is unprofessional

Had a retirement annuity with Liberty. Carried out a section 14 transfer, which is transferring funds to another company. It has been endless stalling tactics with Liberty life. Had all sorts of phone calls from Liberty personnel claiming they were from Liberty Life. They had all my financial details. Folk leave this company, they are rough on the edges. Not professional outfit at all. Was paid R22000 rand short, Liberty claiming it was the financial markets with no evidence to support with financil data.. i am so glad to be out of this Big con company.. they have no intrest in their clients.
