Liberty Life *****s money from a pensioner

As a new pensioner who has to watch my budget, I cancelled a Liberty Life Policy as it was becoming hugely expensive with very low benefits. I have all the documentation that was sent to Liberty. They have continued to debit my account for 2 months and are refusing to refund me the money. They are blaming it on the broker *** for not processing the cancellation correctly and I am being punished for this. The amount that has been debited is the same as my monthly grocery budget. Extremely poor customer service.
