LIBERTY LIFE RIP POLICY HOLDERS OFF

I think that Liberty Life is a *******! I have spent endless time on emails and calls to my broker at Liberty Life and he in turn with the back office.

It is now nearly 3 months later and my issue with Liberty Life debiting my account incorrectly has still not been resolved.

Katlego Ramela is once again escalating this matter to her supervisor, Pauline Somo. Whom I'm guessing is going to take another 2 months to sign off the payment to my account. Which I might add should be my Capitec account and not the Standard Bank account that they incorrectly debited on 23 May 2022.

Because of this pathetic service, I have cancelled my funeral plan with Liberty Life and plan on moving my other policies as well. I too will be coming into a large amount of money in September and will definitely not be investing these monies into any of Liberty Life's investments they have to offer.
