I'm utterly disgusted by Liberty Life's ***** and and underhanded approach in selling their Own Your Life Rewards Programme. Firstly the deliberately lie that a spouse can be included for free with only mininimal monthly fee to gain same benefits as principal member, then a year later they increase subscription two fold without prior notice hiding behind the fact that they can legally change the package annually. This so ************ of a massive company like Liberty to then claim they didn't know what the increases would be while they make you pay double for what they initially sold you as a reduced benefit. Quite frankly the programme is ******* sugar coated as a benefit and falls foul to consumer protection Act.
