Liberty Life Refund and Charge

Liberty life over promises and never delivers. I am still waiting for feedback for the double debit order that cam of my policy and incorrect charge to my new policy. I received feedback once from Naome Ncube last week and to date no assistance has been given to me. Been enquiring if l cam move my policies to Sanlam as they offer a way much better service and SLA. May the manager call me to recitify my refund and discuss charge of policy!
