Liberty Life Provident Fund a big MO-NO!

My husband lost his job at the end of September 2020. We have waiting since then for his provident fund payout. We have been trying to contact via telephone and email to no avail. It seems they are more interested in obtaining members than looking after those that they already have! I am deeply disgusted!
