Liberty Life proves that RA's are a waste of your time and money

After paying my RA diligently for nearly 40 years, I matured the policy and received less than 50% of the promised minimum promised. I never heard once from the Financial planner in this time. Then Liberty have taken 3 months to pay the money over to my chosen living annuity, and then today they have processed another debit order -on a policy that is no longer operational- beware of this institution.
