Liberty Life - Poor Service levels
This is one of the worst companies to deal with, a year ago i had complained about one of their Financial advisors, and this fell on deaf ears, two years later, called in to complain again, and was told the call centre agent did not register the complaint, the financial advisor to date has not made contact with the company at all, and shows no interest and Liberty finds this level of service acceptable. i have no faith in Liberty and its products

30 Jun 2020, 11:34Its gone over three weeks, and all i have heard is how sorry they are, and are still investigating, but i have heard nothing from Liberty as to when i will have ANSWERS, especially how their representatives mislead clients with information about their products. stop sending emails that you are investigating, when there seems to be no correspondence what you have done after three weeks, this is a company and brand that should not be trusted.
