Liberty Life Poor Service and dishonesty.
<p>I asked liberty for a report on the investment performance of my policy. I resorted to the LOA to help get the report.</p> <p>After 2 months i received a recon from Liberty. </p> <p>The recon s values had been adjusted down as the yearly summary received from them was much higher.</p> <p>This appears to be very dishonest. Had i not kept thos documents i would be non the wiser.</p> <p> </p> <p>CAN WE TRUST THEM</p>

I received a reply as promised.
They say the difference in values was due to calculations done on different days.
Returns have been so poor that there explanation could only be true if they were done 9 months before and not a couple of days.
Libert attempted to de***** a client and they take no responsibility. I QUESTION WHETHER THEIR REACTION WOULD HAVE BEEN THE SAME HAD I TRIED TO DE***** THEM?
