Liberty Life - Poor level of service and consultant that con not be trusted.

When I requested to have some fund from my pension (Liberty Life) make alible I contacted the consultant that was assigned to my investment, in the beginning everything was fine only the paper work need to be done then the poor level of service started, excesses on why the form cannot be send. Finally, I contacted the all centre and was inform that this is not the cause and that I had been laid to by the consultant. I had him removed and a new consulted was appointed (based in Durban) the level of service did not improve. I am now looking to move my investment away from Liberty Life.
