Liberty life policy satisfaction.

Since I became a pensioner receiving Sassa old age grant, I've been struggling to afford the premiums and annual increases. I contacted customer service and was met with a patient and friendly lady. She understood my difficulties and offered an alternative to canceling the policy which I had for almost 7 years.

We did everything over the phone and within a week I received my amended policy. Liberty has been helpful and efficient in all my queries and amendments throughout the almost 7 years. I would definitely recommend them if you want a good policy and even better customer service.
