Liberty Life Payout Issues

I am very perturbed at the terrible level of service from Liberty Life. It's been 16 days now since I requested a partial payout of my policy, I receive automated emails acknowledging my email and 2 surveys, that's it. I have been calling everyday and no one seems to be working at the call center due to COVID-19 (a very pathetic excuse as most of the world is working from home). How do we to get a hold of anyone if we are unable to call or get proper email communication with an actual person? I have had it now, I cannot struggle like this to get my own money. I am cancelling my policy Liberty Life, PAY BACK MY MONEY!!!
