Liberty Life pathetic poor service

I took a out a life insurance policy with Liberty life .During this year i was admitted to hospital ,however when i came out of hospital i wanted to remove the smokers condition on the policy as i stopped and so that my premiums can be reduced on the policy.Since August i have been in mails and calls made to the broker who keeps pushing me back to the underwriter who i had no dealings with when the policy on inception was taken out.I have not even made a claim however they are now questioning my doctor myself an verifying if im lying imagine if i had passed away this leads me to believe they do not want to pay me back or are making every excuse to not reduce the payments.The say i was not forthcoming in telling them i had diabetes which my doctor only treated me for in 2019.All i want to do is just get all my payments i made to them because its clear they not require my business and i wonder how many other clients have endured this kind of treatment. I have on my-side followed and done what ever i could to allow Liberty the chance to resolve. Any help will be appreciated in getting this solved
