liberty life opportunistic career "white collar *********" during covid-19

this company has taken the bold, devious and underhanded step to send a threatening email on the 9th April 2020; that if we do not pay an increased premium by the 20th of this month the policy would be surrendered !!!! Firstly we I have been unable to contact these plain ******* since then, and unable to ascertain when and how this increased amount on the monthly premium of the policy had taken effect without due an proper notice. These ********* scheming "white collar *********" have done so without taking into consideration the following:- 1. the 10 or more years that this premium has been paid and has been in effect notwithstanding other multiple insurance policies with them; 2.The fact that in 16 months premium’s totaling approximately R96 000.00 have been siphoned off to them, yet the death value of the policy in all those months only increased by R27 000.00; 3.but the cherry on the proverbial cake which they have been gobbling up is that the sudden increased premium’s appear to have taken effect without any due and proper notice AND THAT DURING A WORLD WIDE PANDEMIC !!! COVID-19
