Liberty Life not responding to emails

In December 2021 I wrote a review against Liberty Life. Their marketing department promptly responded. I provided all necessary details and one Ayanda was designated to be my contact. However since January 17, I have been writing and making a follow up without response. I even went back to Marketing without any assistance.

I am fed up with their service. They do not answer their phones. The policy holder joined Liberty Life over 30years ago, and this is the service we get.
