Liberty life not honoring claims

This is the worst insurance company. My wife passed away in a car accident more than 18 months ago. They have still not paid out all her policies. Even an education benefit for my son has not been honored. The keep coming up with exscuses and more documentation required. It's absolutely disgusting!!!
