LIBERTY LIFE NON EXISTENT CLIENT SERVICE

Have a Liberty policy maturing soon. Submitted the maturity form , copy ID, banking confirmation details etc but nobody responds not even acknowledgement of receipt .The email did not bounce back so I knew I had the correct email address.

I took the matter further by lodging complaint on Liberty's website and received an automatic response and complaint reference number. . Needless to say Liberty has not responded!!! .

Would you buy a policy from Liberty or invest in a Company that treats its clients so poorly ???

Out appears I will have to issue summons against them in the Small Claims Court to get their attention
