Liberty Life - no claim response

Submitted a claim to Liberty Life on the 7th of September 2021, besides an automated response email I have received no contact or correspondence. So much for being in touch shortly. The Liberty Life claims telephone numbers are not being answered, currently been on hold for 15 minutes. Disgusting service.
