Liberty Life most ********* behaviour bait and Swich tactics most unprofessional

Any person that has any bad experience with Liberty Life since the lock down started and problems paying the premiums please let me know

Liberty Life then they cancelled my policy after 10 years with no notification, when COVID 19 lock down started and i was not allowed to work i wrote to them explaining the situation but got no response when under level 3 i was able to start work again i made 2 payments only to find out that they had cancelled my policy without any warning nor notice.

When i complained Liberty offered to reinstate my policy without any pre conditions attached i then took money from my child college fund to pay arrears over R 22,000 and signed new debit order for my old premium. of R 2,300 per month to start on the 1 Jan 2021 ,

On the 4 January 2021 when i called and asked why my new debit order did not go off , they now come up that i must take out a new policy at double my old premium for half the value , what a joke now having a problem getting my money back from their bait and switch tactics they should be ashamed of them selves

If the founder Donald Gorden who was true gentleman was still alive he would have been most ashamed and dispointed as what the company has become .

I Have now moved to another life assure that has offered me the same premium for 3 mil cover. so much for all their advertising " We are family" god help us
