Liberty Life - Most Poor Customer Service Ever received
There are no customer service even though we are clients from them since 2015. We get no assistance and if you call, then either the recording say that the call center is not currently working or simply no answer- if you send a mail explain your situation asking them to please phone you back, they don't they simply mail you back with random answers not assisting you with your issue.

29 Jun 2023, 14:39Dear Lerato, as per emails again send yesterday and today to Liberty , it just seems that not even Liberty's servicing department care. I was called yesterday after complaining at Hello Peter just to found out that all my mails were received, but my payment was not distributed as per mail, and the answer was they will find out why and they will correct it and give me feedback within 24 hours. Well longer than 24hours, no feedback and again! no mails being answered. I have even send you 2 emails and you have not rep****??
