I'm absolutely fed up with these modern-day ******s! I've been trying to cash in my offs**** policy for months now, and all I've gotten is a circus of incompetence. They're playing games, sending me the wrong documents, ignoring my calls and emails. Because of their stalling, I've lost a whopping 400k deposit. It's my hard-earned money, and they're just sitting on it! I've had it with this nonsense. I'm gearing up to take serious legal action. I want my deposit back, with interest, and they better cough up some extra for all the emotional havoc they've caused me.
