Liberty life is the worse

My husband took a life policy with liberty..our life cover exited for many years, last November 2023 they did couldn't debt although there was sufficient funds in our standard bank account..call centre agent did call so my husband did tell them to double debit yet they still did not ..in February 2025 we received letters stating they have cancelled the cover due to insufficient funds...we then paid up all the back payments to reinstate the cover..( the debts for November did not go though because of either standard bank or liberty, take note our bank account always had enough funds) we call liberty many times the always had some excuse not to reinstate after being a client for many years payment were always punctual...they declined my husband reinstatement because of medical .my husband passed away in April 2024 and still no funds can be paid out . .all of our monies through the many years have been voided..this is daylight ******* our instalment were about R5000 pm for more the 7 years and we were declined as good clients .they did not even consider that we were never at fault for payments ..there employees are extremely *********** and liberty life is in my opinion are *****ulent.My husband took this policy thinking our future is stable with liberty..they will not be take responsibility.
