Liberty life is ruining my daughters future

I have a policy and now I'm claiming. They say payment was made and they will escalate the issue. My daughter has to start university and I need my money, but they keep giving me the run around. I would advise everyone to stay far away from this company. They do not pay the clients. I dont know what to do now. My daughter cannot accept her offer because they do not want to pay my money so i can pay for her registration. I am beyond ****ed! I am taking this further.
