LIBERTY LIFE IS NOT WORTH IT, RUN AWAY WITH YOUR INVESTMENT!!!!!!!

This is my third review on Liberty life. I fail to understand how they do not improve their customer service until a customer takes the matter to hello peter. I am saying this because they only ever attend to me with urgency when i go on hello peter. Liberty life has the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my whole life. So when i claimed for my father's late estate, they paid out a portion of it (after i used the hello peter platform) and told me that the other portion i would have to claim with a different department, I didn't have a problem with that. I then launched the next claim and i was told that my sister was supposed to claim since it is in her name, she did and they told me i have to claim because the letter of authority was in my name, i did that just a few days ago and they told me to send through a missing document today, a bank statement or confirmation of bank account letter, i did that and now again they are telling me to resend everything and more documents. To make matters worse, Tshepang Toti sent me an email without any explanation whatsoever ,requesting me to resend everything, even after i told him/her that i already sent all the required documents. I am out of patience and i am very livid. This has been going for far too long. They keep dragging and for what I don't know. All i want is for the pay out to go through then im out of their hair, this is unprofessional and very disappointing coming from such a huge well known company. I really wish my father had chosen a different company, not Liberty. They are causing me unnecessary stress and headaches. All i want is for everything to be processed and they leave me alone because i am so not enjoying this up and down that i keep doing with them. They should know that what i sent is enough if they want more documents then they must visit the other email my sister sent. This is frustrating and time wasting. They are forgetting that this is my father's money, due to his children. What they are doing is ***** behaviour because it's as though they want us to give up on the money so they can share it amongst themselves. It is NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. GIVE US BACK OUR FATHER'S SWEAT!
