Liberty life is not a good option

If I could give liberty a rating of no stars I would.liberty's turn around time of claims are pathetic, especially considering my claim is for a cancer benefit, it is 6 months now since my claim was put in and liberty is looking for any excuse not to pay. I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in August 2024, liberty wants records from dating back to 2022 to prove that I am lying, I am totally disgusted with liberty and plan to move all my new policies to a more reputable life insurer, I could have been dead by now, they have no consideration for clients, turn around time for answers is to long, which then leads to more queries on why they don't want to pay.
