Liberty Life is in the business of taking people's money not helping their families when they pass. We buried my sister by other means because you told us that we needed a Letter Of Authority to claim because my sister's cover had no beneficiary. Now we bring the letter and you now tell my mom that my sister was married. So by putting the father of her kids while they were dating translates to marriage to you? 1.You can see my sisters documents are saying NEVER MARRIED but you proceed to tell my mother that the child she just lost was married even though she wasn't. 2. The man you are talking about was a boyfriend, they were never married traditionally or otherwise. 3. You want to give my sister's money to a man that kicked my sister out and sold his own house leaving her homeless with with 2 kids, a 2 year old and another that was barely crawling. 4. A man that we don't know where he is and hasn't supported or even seen his own kids in 20 years. That's who you want to give the payout to even though he was a boyfriend and not a beneficiary of the cover? What about the kids and my mother who has the Letter Of Authority you ask for the first time we came to your offices?
