Liberty Life is honestly the worst company that I have ever dealt

Earlier this year, my mother passed away and my father had a funeral cover with this company. We went to their office in Soweto to submit a claim for her. Unfortunately we were confronted by series of problems due to the incompetence of their staff and their highly outdated systems. We were told that some of the polices that my father had, have been cancelled due none payment and we were requested to bring evidence that we had paid them. After a long and unnecessary straggle we provided them with the requested evidence and then asked them to pay our claim and removed my late mother as the beneficiary on all my fathers policies. For some unknown reason, the lady who was helping us did not update the beneficiary.

My father passed on last month and I was extremely surprised and disappointed to find out that their employee did not update the beneficiary. I wonder why you keep doing this to my family during our hardest times. Why should we suffering for your internal issues? May you please do the honourable thing and let my parents rest in peace.
