Liberty Life is a useless and *********** company where you will loose huge amounts of money if you decide to invest with them

I am disgustedly disappointed in Liberty Life. In the quality of service they deliver which is non existent both as fund managers and in financial advi*****t. I took out a provident preservation and a retirement annuity in September 2017 and had one RA with them. By around March 2018 I was loosing money and I voiced my serious concern with my financial adviser whom Liberty told me I should use by the name of Theesan Naicker from the Bedfordview branch. He merely brushed me off via email telling me give it a year and the money would recover. At the time I wanted to take my money out of Liberty but on his advise left it in Liberty. Now in mid January 2019 I have lost R17,000 on the money I have put into Liberty. This is not on money they have made for me. Theesan Naicker now comes to see me for a review of my portfolio and tells me he will send me forms to complete to amend my policy. It has been two weeks since and still no forms or word from Theesan Naicker. I have decided to remove my money from Liberty Life and the cost they are charging for this is R13,000. So all in all I am loosing R30,000 with Liberty. They have left a very sour experience with me and I will be sure to tell every person I come across what a useless and *********** (and expensive) company Liberty Life is. Also I requested to take my money out of Liberty and two weeks later they are still sending me forms to sign to have the RA paid up. My advise is NEVER consider to invest with Liberty Life and don't use a financial adviser by the name of Theesan Naicker because he is not at all concerned about your financial well being but only cares about his own interests.
