Liberty life is a ****

My husband has a funeral cover policy with this company, he has been paying since 2007 and lo and behold his mom passed away in Dec and he lodged a claim on the 30th of Dec 2022 and still nothing , no reply no engagement, no I'm sorry for your loss , no money, no NOTHING, he had to borrow money to bury his mom , we are currently in debt and the damn policy hasn't paid up ...... this company is a **** STAY AWAY FROM IT...We have already written to the ombudsman about this and will be approaching the media next
