LIBERTY LIFE IS A ****!!

After losing my job in 2014 I started working as a consultant, without guaranteed income I felt the need to have financial back up in the event of unfortunate circumstances like illness. I took a disability cover with Liberty life, I must say that was the biggest mistake of my life.

I contracted covid 19 sometime in January of 2021 which compromised my health resulting in me getting diagnosed with an illness that has threatened my career.

My point is that I should have opted for other means of saving my money. Liberty Life promised to process my claim within 7 to 10 working days, I am nearing 3 months ever since I started with the process. I have submitted everything asked of me. what is further disappointing is the lack of product knowledge by some of the employees.

With medical bills that are 2 months overdue , I really give Liberty Life zero rating and would not continue with my other products I have with them including my children education vehicles I took in 2019. The truth is that financial service providers are happy to collect our hard earned money monthly and reinvest them for their enrichment, but drag their feet when claims are submitted.
