LIBERTY LIFE IS A SCAAAAAAMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!

I am writing about Liberty Life for the second time now as an unhappy customer. My late father had policies with Liberty and we only received a portion of those after writing to hello peter and laying a complaint against them. Now, today, i find myself in the same position again. So we recently lodged another claim, on two policies and were given the run around as usual. An email was sent to my sister and she was told to sign some documents and send them as the policy was in her name. She printed out the documents, signed them and sent them through with the accompanying documents that were requested. They had been saying her claim is being processed since then. This was around January 2024. One of their consultants, Manto, had called us earlier in February 2024 and had said she had been assigned our case and promised to call again the following day to do a follow up on what was needed next for the claim to be processed, but until today we are waiting for that call. Then later on i received an email stating that i should restart the whole claims process in my name. During the first claim, before the money was paid out, we were told that it would undergo SARS first and then we would get what is left of it, but just yesterday we received a letter from SARS that we still owe a certain amount of money, meaning that no money was taken to SARS. I don't know what to do anymore or what to say to Liberty to get them to do the right thing. I had also requested that they send through all the policies they hold, including the paid out policies and the ones remaining and a detailed statement of everything, they sent me what they wanted me to see and hid the rest. They communicate with us using emails and call when they are in trouble. Liberty Life has hurt us in so many ways. My sister was starting with varsity and we fell into debts to see to it that she made it to school with everything that she needed yet Liberty is holding onto money that another human being worked so hard for so it could benefit his family. I always ask myself what do they hope to gain in holding back late people's hard earned sweat. They have proven to be heartless ****** who want people to give up on claiming their loved ones monies so that they can benefit from it in a way that only they know how. Well i am not giving up, i want all the money that my father had placed in policies with them paid out in full, all of it. No policy must be left because they will ***** us from having it like they are now. LIBERTY LIFE HAS PROVEN TO BE A SCAAAAAAMMM!!!!!!!!
