LIBERTY LIFE IS A ****!!!!!!!! NXA

i am not happy with the service i received at liberty life after my father's death. in 2020 we lost my father in july and i began the claims process. they responded requesting that i send through documents that included his policy number, id copy, my id copy, letter of authority, death certificate and a few other documents i cannot recall as it has been long. they responded and notified me that they had received the documents. they then called again to request for other documents that i had to sign off along with my siblings after i had emailed them to find out what was going on concerning the progress of my claim. i spoke to thabiso in 2022 who then asked me to resend the signed documents which i did and he told me that everything would be processed and that would be the final step to process the claim. the process dragged on until i went to a financial advisor at a standard bank branch who then assisted us with the claim and resent all the documents himself and called to confirm if liberty had received the documents and they told him they did. sometime this year in 2023, i called them again using a standard bank line in alberton where i spoke to a lady by name of noma and she told me she would look into it, a while later i received an email that stated that the claim was being processed. to this day, no one has come forth to call me back. i sent them an email again earlier on today, they did not respond.i would like to warn people about liberty they are not faithful they are ****mers my fathers money is been taken for years from his bank for what ,for this ****mers hellopeter please assist me with this ****mers im sick and tired of this company
