LIBERTY LIFE IS A NON-RESPONSIVE USELESS COMPANY.
Liberty Policy Number *** I queried the status of the above Liberty policy in August. I complained via Hellopeter in Oct, received a reply from Naome that addressed a different policy. My queries to Liberty and Naome, via Hellopeter go unanswered. LIBERTY IS A NON-RESPONSIVE USELESS COMPANY. DO NOT TAKE OUT LIBERTY POLICIES UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING FOBBED OFF.

Secondly on policy *** to which you refer. All outstanding documents were submitted on 4 November 2021. Despite my request on the submission email "Please let me know whether there are any other requirements" No communication has been received from Liberty.
On a telephone inquiry on 16 Nov I was informed that an ID was outstanding. I pointed out that the ID was attached to email of 4 Nov. Bonisile looked up the email and confirmed that the ID was in fact attached and undertook to escalate the issue. To date no further communication has been received from Liberty, except your useless, incorrect, uninformed response.
I repeat LIBERTY IS A NON-RESPONSIVE USELESS COMPANY. That includes YOU.
