Liberty Life is a farce

Liberty is an absolute disgrace to the insurance industry. They actually look for reasons not to pay. Liberty reference *** for a dread disease claim. After 6 months of me providing all requested documentation ad the cardiologist completing documents they rejected the claim "whilst an angiogram was done, there is no evidence that an angioplasty was done. Angioplasty is a procedure used to open blocked coronary arteries caused by coronary artery disease." It was determined early that there were no blockages. But what can you do, they stiffed me and got away with it. If I could I would leave them immediately, but I already have to much invested in my life insurance with them Disgrace Liberty.
