Liberty life insurance policy must never be recommended to anyone!!!!

We laid a claim after my father passed away.we then found out the the beneficial is my mother who passed away .they demanded a letter of authority or executed letter.we have provided them with the executer letter and all the other required documents. Since November they have not paid and they are still giving us run around. I fo not recommend this stupid company at all
