Liberty life insurance is *********!

Yesterday I woke up to a message from my bank that Liberty life has once again deducted a premium *******ly as I don't have any contract with them. I cancelled the shott term policy with them on 04 December 2021 and advised that they should please not deduct on 15 December 2021. However, on the 15 December 2021 - they went ahead and deducted a premium. I immediately called and they cited that I didn't cancel. After sending a proof of cancellation, they took 2 weeks to reimburse me! Fast track to 15 January 2022. I received another deduction from a place I have no relationship with. I once again wrote on this platform after having called them frustrated. As a single parent of 3 kids, January is a time to focus on school stuff for my kids but I found myself using airtime and data to escalate this pathetic behaviour. I feel violated and extremely angry that my rights have been impeded on. I don't recommend this place to anyone because of a lack of empathy, business ethics and customer satisfaction. I was told that I would be reimbursed yesterday after having sent proof of deductions but at this second I have not received my hard earned money. I have a new belief that this company has no systems in place to monitor previous grievances to ensure they don't happen again. I don't ever want to deal with you again. As a person who has depression, you have truly triggered me in a negative way!!!
