Liberty life insurance death claims99

Submitted a death claim on Wednesday still no communication from Liberty, even sent an email to the Manger Mathapelo Mphuthi no response. Liberty life doesn't take death claims seriously, called in spoke to 3 different consultants telling me 3 different reasons why our claim is not processed. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone especially with funeral covers because that's when you are most vulnerable.
