Liberty Life Horrible Service

This company is an absolute joke. I would advise anyone wanting to do business with them against it as they cannot even attend to small issues.

I have been a customer for many many years and I have been trying since the start of 2015 to get my smoker status changed to non smoker. You see I quit permanently end 2014 and haven't touched cigarettes since then.

Liberty Life on the other hand seem to be incapable of changing this on their systems, what a total joke. It's been 7 years, 7 incredibly upsetting and frustrating years. I have filled in numerous forms, spoken to numerous call Centre agents, had blood drawn on multiple occasions and still after 7 years I still get my annual policy letter with a status that says I am a smoker.

I am about to cancel my policy as I clearly mean nothing to this organization. Liberty Life, your service is atrocious and I hope all future customers see you for what you are, an organization that lures victims in, takes their money and gives nothing in return.

Thank you for nothing else than 7 years worth of frustration.
