Gooday I Thulisile client for liberty life. Very Poor Horrible service at LIBERTY LIFE what a big company with very rude staff. Today at 10.38 I went to protea Glen standard Bank branch,I ask them to put me through to LIBERTY LIFE call the lady her name is KIARA MARTIN who was helping me to che my policy only to find out they removed my son a special need son without send me any email the lady insisted that they send email but when I ask her which email they sent to she gives me wrong email while I wanted to know why they didn't call me she didn't give me a chance to ask as a client she was just screaming on the phone without listening to me as a client to ask questions she was over rude I was soo surprised how can you not teach your staff how to talk to the clients on the phone such a Big company LIBERTY LIFE have horrible disgusting staff like this ?? You guys have my numbers and my right email but you managed to send to email that doesn't correspond with my email instead of apologies she was very rude and disgusting I even cut the call after she gave her names. That's very bad service my morning was something after that your staff. And am sure all the calls are always recorded go to that call and listen to your staff
