Guys, we have been up and down with regards to a claim that was supose to have been paid to my brother. We have absolutely sent all the supporting documents you required from us. Do you want to pay out this claim or not?

I have been assigned to be helped by Lethabo Sethotse, I think she has done everything she could to help me. Where is the issue?
