Liberty Life Funeral Policies drive clients to an early Grave!!

In 2010 itto took Liberty life 2 weeks to pay out my father's funeral cover after a hectic struggle. 2020July amd nothing has changed. Submitted my my mother's funeral policy claim on 21 July. On Friday 24 July I enquired, i was still with the agent to whom it was allocated on Wednesday 22 July. Have to borrow money to cover funeral expanses. They escalated the matter Friday morning but a query showed no progress. What happened to their promised 48 hojr pay out?? False advertising. Worst ever insurance company! Stay away!!! Do not join Liberty Life!!!!
